CHOICE MENU - Our Special Selections Dinner Menu is as follows: Appetizers includes shell or cod fish, lobster, and conch fritters, mussels on the half-shell and stuffed potato skins which are all served shortly after arrival.. At the dinner table a family style buffet
is set up for the group. Chef's Choice entrée dishes are as follows: Tossed green salad, Curry Coconut Shrimp, Blackened grilled fish, Lobster, Blackened Breast of Chicken, Steak, or Rack of Lamb. Side dishes include: seasoned rice, garlic mashed potatoes, a variety of veggies, Fried Plantain, and our special Red Cabbage. Dessert is served after dinner.
The price for this menu is $75.00 per person. Groups exceeding 8 persons, $70.00 per person.
SECOND CHOICE MENU includes appetizer, Tossed mixed green salad, your choice of any three entrees, all side dishes and dessert. Price is $65.00 per person.
THIRD CHOICE MENU is team night and includes appetizers, tossed green salad,
all above mentioned side dishes followed by Chef's Special Seafood Combo Jambalaya.
A delightful blend of lobster, shrimp, mussels, scallops and fish all prepared individually. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, rice, and pasta. Appetizers are served shortly after arrival followed by the mixed green salad. Next the main course is served followed by dessert. Or you can choose one entrée from our group, be it lobster, etc. If anyone in the group doesn't like seafood, we are flexible and will handle their special request.
